WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only offer returns on items purchased through the website within 15 days of shipment of items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in stellar condition. All returns will be subjected to a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.
We offer returns on items purchased through the website ONLY within 15 days of shipment of items. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Head to our “Start a Return” section of the website to initiate a label. Once your items are returned, simply place an order for your new item.
For unique curated gifting experiences - All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
WHY DO YOU OFFER RETURNS ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS BUT NOT GIFT BOXES?
Per our policy, any The Ex-Box gift box, custom built The Ex-Box and the items curated in them are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
If you’re returning items from our website that meet our return policy standards, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, minus our return fee of $10. Please note, refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
