During our discovery calls, our team will get an understanding of your goals, company culture, + brand values. Is there a theme? What’s your timeline? What’s your desired budget?

We'll use this information to build your custom profile.

After our discovery meetings, our team puts together a mood board and strategy in alignment with your demographics. Based on your budget and custom profile, we then create 2 digital box variations to choose from.

After your digital mock-up is approved, sample items are ordered and a tangible sample box is sent to you for approval.

Once the tangible sample is approved, we'll then order the remainder of your box items. You'll then confirm all recipients and their desired shipping addresses through our online portal. We’ll create unique URLs and QR codes to ensure all information is tracked and reported.

You've got mail! You can track your gift box throughout its journey via your personalized dashboard.

We provide a list of tracking numbers for each individual package so our team (and yours) can keep a close eye that everything arrives on time and smoothly. The entire process from start to finish generally takes about 6 weeks.
